Actually, S.S. Rajamouli has made many films in his career. But in the last few years, some of his films have created havoc at the box office. Be it Bahubali, Bahubali 2 or RRR, all of them made a splash at the box office. Now another director of South Cinema has shared an interesting anecdote about Rajamouli. That director is none other than Prashant Verma, who has been in the news for some time now with his released film 'Hanuman'.
'Hanuman' was released in theaters on 12 January. This is a small budget film. Reportedly, it has cost around Rs 20 crore to make it. According to trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, this film has earned more than Rs 230 crore worldwide. Prashant Verma, who is in discussion about this film, told that at one time he wanted to work with Rajamouli.
Why did Prashant Verma start hating?
In an interview given to Indian Express, he told that when he wanted to work with Rajamouli, he used to message him through email and social media asking him to give him a chance to work. He wanted to work with Rajamouli as an assistant director. Responding, Rajamouli told Prashant that his team is already full.
