Zakir Hussain, Shankar Mahadevan

Zakir hussain- The year 2024 proved to be very special for Zakir Hussain. The percussionist had won 2 Grammy Awards in his career so far. But in the year 2024, he impressed everyone with his talent so much that he won three Grammy Awards in just one year. He received this award for singing Pashto in the category of Best Global Music Performance. Apart from this, he won in two more different categories. He won the award for the song As We Speak in the Best Contemporary Instrumental Album category and for the song Motion in the Best Instrumental Composition category.

Rakesh Chaurasia- Rakesh Chaurasia, son of the country's veteran flautist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, also showed his talent at the Grammy. He won awards in two different categories. He received this award in the Best Global Music Performance category for Pashto song and in the Best Contemporary Instrumental Album category for As We Speak.
Shankar Mahadevan- This award ceremony also proved to be special for singer-musician Shankar Mahadevan. He received the Best Global Music Album Award for 'This Moment'. There are a total of 8 songs in this album which were liked a lot. Let us tell you that this is the first Grammy Award in Shankar Mahadevan's career.
V Selvaganesh- The country's famous percussionist V Selvaganesh also won the Grammy Award. He also received this award for the music album This Moment. It has 8 songs which have been composed by the musician through the band 'Shakti'.

Indian musician Ganesh Rajagopalan also won this award. He also received a Grammy for Shakti Band's album This Moment.
