Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa: Nikita Gandhi’s dream broken, out of the show within a week

Singer Nikita Gandhi has been evicted from Sony TV’s dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’. Nikita had entered Jhalak as a wild card last week. Along with him, social media influencer Dhanashree Verma, Manisha Rani, Awez Darbar, actor Sagar Parekh and RJ Glenn Saldana also participated in the show. After performing in front of the judges for a week, keeping in mind the public votes and judges’ scores, Malaika Arora, Farah Khan and Arshad Warsi decided to eliminate singer Nikita Gandhi from the show.

Actually, in ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’, the final dance competition takes place between the two contestants who get the least votes. This week, along with singer Nikita Gandhi, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma was also in the bottom 2. In the dancing ‘face off’ between the two, Dhanashree got 25 marks from the judges while Nikita Gandhi was given 22 marks by all the judges. Due to 3 marks, Dhanashree won this game and Nikita had to be eliminated from the show.

If sources are to be believed, Awaze may take an emergency exit from the show due to his ill health.
